“Keep an eye on the boat,” said inspector Raghav.

“But Sir, I think they will use roadway,” said Arjun

“Roadway is too risky, difficult to escape, the waterway is easier. He is a trained underwater diver” there was scorn in Raghav’s voice.

“How do you know he is trained?”

“I do my homework”

“But Sandra is not trained.”

“He doesn’t care if she dies. He has many women in his life.”

“But I care”

“What do you mean?” Raghav turned towards Arjun in surprise.

“Sandra is my ex-wife. I cannot let her die”

“She left you for him?”

Arjun nodded.

    Oh, not that stings! Poor guy.

    Great twist to the story. The accomplice is a former lover/wife/relation. Not easy to accept when on the other side of the law, and certainly not in these circumstances.
